Agreed, so the issues I speak of in this discussion are those that have already been reported and are known bugs...although perhaps there is more ambiguity when I speak of PTC removing/breaking tools that worked well in previous versions...at least until they are reported.
I just realized your use of the word Acknowledged. That is a good point too.
