I'm a brand new user just trying to get started. I'm running on Windows 8.1 - 32bit. Basically I don't know where to start.
If I click on a quickstart project it just hangs,
if I try to access help nothing happens,
if I try to access the tutorials on the web page that launches when I start Direct modeling express I get an error message telling me that my account is not able to access them.
Anyone got an idea on how to resolve any of the above. (I have already tried re-installing, it didn't help). When I tried installing the first time the system told me I had to install java which I've now done.
