I think you can animate the motion in Creo Simulate after it has been modeled in Creo Parametric, meaning you can animate the displacement and capture it on video. I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. Or do you want to model the flexible part of the suction cup and set it to motion in Creo Parametric?
