Jakov, I don't know if you're still at PTC. If you are, please help, as I'm about to scream. I'm a 25 year Mathcad user. I've had Mathcad 15 M010 working fine on my desktop for better than a year. Some demon gave me the perverse idea to try to upgrade it to M030, after downloading and installing Mathcad Prime 3.0, just to see what the latter was all about. When I would try to run the setup.exe program, nothing happens.
One of your tech support people suggested that I uninstall Mathcad 15 M010 and then redo the install. Against my better instincts, I uninstalled 010, and tried again to install 030. IT WON'T INSTALL. So now I'm marooned without any Mathcad (except Prime) on my machine, and Prime frankly doesn't look like it's ready for prime time. In my opinion, PTC took a beautiful product in Mathcad and has turned it into a living hell.
