Starting fresh here with a new direct reply to your question Tom.
I know several members including Martin, Greg, Richard, Tom U., and yourself have noted that the latest version of our Jive software does not keep you logged in for 24 hours, especially after you have closed their browser session, causing you all to login multiple times a day. In working with Jive Support we believe this issue has been resolved with a change to our system settings and was verified by recent reports by Greg and Tom who indicated that they are no longer seeing this issue. That's progress!
If you are still seeing this issue I'd ask that you add a new reply to this thread and make sure to tell me exactly what browser + version you're seeing this issue on. I know Martin has reported issues with IE 10 and at this time it's our running theory that the issue is either browser specific or related to individual user's browser settings, clearing their cache and cookies each time they quit their browser.
