I have added the parameters to the Model Tree as additional columns.  That way you can see all the values from the parts that make up the assembly as well.

In case you are missing the horizontal parts of the graph, you forgot about the last "else 0", so the graph was undefined outsides the spikes. I also changed the function name to i and changed the plot...

You need 3 coordinates for each point. You'll select the meaning of the points by selecting the type of coordinate system. In this case, R, Theta, Z.

There is a lot of calculations going on with near or perfect tangency and this confuses the software.  It is much better to assemble such an object than to make it a single part file.
