i am having a student edition of creo 2.0 parametric. i wanna do welding , but the welding option provided in the application tab is not getting executed when i click on it.

I don't know what I did but for some reason when I press Ctrl+Q, nothing happens whereas it used to let me cycle through the labels. Could anyone help me fix this? Thank you.
